Brenda Welsh brings more than 10 years of nursing and health care management experience to her position as RN Administrator. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and before joining the staff at CrestRidge in 1998, Brenda was a Pharmacy Nurse Specialist at Medical Care Facility of Memorial Hospital of Iowa County.

Els Visser-Anderson immigrated to the United States from The Netherlands in 1973 and went on to get her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the UW-Madison School of Nursing. She brings over 20 years of nursing and long term care experience to her position as Care Coordinator.

Brenda and Els’ caring and professional interactions set the tone for the family atmosphere at CrestRidge and consistently earn them rave reviews from residents and family members.
