Independent Living
Independent living for seniors (usually over age 55) is residence in an easy-to-maintain private apartment or house within a community of their peers. No custodial or medical care is provided as part of the senior independent living community, but other services may be available for recreation or convenience. Tenants may bring in outside custodial or medical services if they are needed.
ElderSpan Management, LLC has two independent living communities located in south central Wisconsin. Both have assisted living and memory care residences located on campus, allowing for comfortable aging in place opportunities. Both also provide beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartment homes as well as elegant common areas.
