Assisted living residences are specifically designed for seniors who want to remain independent but need extra attention and care in their day-to-day lives.
ElderSpan Management, LLC has five assisted living residences in south central Wisconsin that offer beautiful living environments that maximize independence. Seniors living in one of our communities are residents in their own home. Our job is to help them stay as healthy as possible in body, mind and spirit while still respecting their privacy and dignity.
Our unique care philosophy provides 24-hour healthcare monitoring by our Registered Nurses as well as one of the highest staff-to-resident ratios in Wisconsin assisted living. Most importantly, we provide a customized care plan that is tailored to meet your social, medical and physical needs.

Independent living for seniors (usually over age 55) is residence in an easy-to-maintain private apartment or house within a community of their peers. No custodial or medical care is provided as part of the senior independent living community, but other services may be available for recreation or convenience. Tenants may bring in outside custodial or medical services if they are needed.
ElderSpan Management, LLC has one independent living community, Pine Glen Senior Apartments. Pine Glen is located with one of our assisted living residences and one of our memory care residences on a three-acre campus in Prairie du Sac, WI. Pine Glen provides beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartment homes as well as an elegant dining room and great room, a four-season greenhouse, an exercise room and a craft/workshop room.

Memory care residences are secure assisted living communities that provide specialized care, services and activities for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia disorders.
ElderSpan Management, LLC has two memory care residences located in south central Wisconsin. Both are attached to assisted living communities, allowing residents comfortable “aging in place” opportunities. Our goal is to help our residents enjoy everyday activities in a supportive living environment while still respecting their privacy and dignity.
Our memory care program was developed with the assistance of the Alzheimer’s Association, nationally respected experts in dementia research. Short-term Stays
Short-term stays are designed for seniors who need extra attention and care in a supportive environment on a temporary basis. These stays, also called respite care, can be of great benefit while you or a loved recovers from an illness or injury. They can also provide a caregiver a much-deserved break or provide an opportunity for a senior to test the waters of assisted living.
