Kathleen Dey brings more than 20 years of nursing and health care marketing experience to her position as RN Administrator. She received her Diploma of Nursing from the Bellin Hospital School of Nursing in Green Bay and worked for six years as the Director of Nursing at St. Clare Meadows Care Center. Before joining the staff at Meadow Ridge in 2008, Kathleen worked in marketing for a long term care pharmaceutical packaging company.

Deb Pfaff became Care Coordinator at Meadow Ridge in 2002. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has over 20 years of nursing and long term care experience. Most recently Deb was a Staff Nurse and Branch Manager for a home health agency.

Kathleen and Deb's caring and professional interactions set the tone for the family atmosphere at Meadow Ridge and consistently earn them rave reviews from residents and family members.
