Brenda Welsh brings more than 10 years of nursing and healthcare management experience to her position as RN Administrator. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and before joining the staff at The Meadows in 1998, Brenda was a Pharmacy Nurse Specialist at Medical Care Facility of Memorial Hospital of Iowa County.

Sandy Bakkum has over 25 years of nursing and long term care experience. After graduating from the UW-Madison with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sandy gained a wealth of knowledge as a surgery and trauma nurse at UW Hospital and Clinics for 18 years. Before becoming the Care Coordinator at The Meadows in 2003, she was the Director of Nursing at an area skilled nursing facility.
