Jean Luetkens has been with ElderSpan Management for over seven years, serving in a number of different capacities.  She joined the company as Administrator of Pine Villa Memory Care in Prairie du Sac and then worked as the Community Outreach Specialist before becoming the Administrator at Meadow Ridge Meadow View.  

Lucinda Labeots brings over 13 years of long term care experience to her position as a Care Coordinator at Meadow Ridge and Meadow View.  She received her degree in Nursing from MATC in Madison and worked for 11 years at a skilled nursing facility in Prairie du Sac.  Most recently she was a Care Coordinator at a local assisted living residence.

Deb Pfaff became Care Coordinator at Meadow Ridge in 2002. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has over 20 years of nursing and long term care experience. Most recently Deb was a Staff Nurse and Branch Manager for a home health agency.
