Memory Care
Memory care residences are secure assisted living communities that provide specialized care, services and activities for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.
ElderSpan Management, LLC has two memory care residences located in south central Wisconsin. Both are attached to assisted living communities, allowing residents comfortable “aging in place” opportunities. Our goal is to help our residents enjoy everyday activities in a supportive living environment while still respecting their privacy and dignity.
Our memory care program was developed with the assistance of the Alzheimer’s Association, nationally respected experts in dementia research. Our unique care philosophy provides 24-hour healthcare monitoring by our Registered Nurses as well as one of the highest staff-to-resident ratios in Wisconsin assisted living. Most importantly, we provide a customized care plan that is tailored to meet your social, medical and physical needs.
