Renae Creasey has been the RN Administrator at Morningside since 2005 and received her degree in Nursing from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. Renae brings over five years of nursing and health- care management experience to her position, the most recent as an Assistant Director of Nursing.

Ruth Baker has over five years of nursing experience, ranging from long term care to hospital and hospice care settings. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and began working at Upland Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dodgeville. She also specialized in cardiac rehabilitation, focusing on patient education, exercise, prevention and medication, before joining Morningside as the Care Coordinator.
