Angie
Pierce brings extensive long term care nursing experience to
her position as RN Campus Administrator at Park Place Senior Living.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Clarke
College in Iowa, Angie worked six years at Orchard Manor Nursing Home
in Lancaster, the last three as Nurse Manager. After a brief time with
Grant County Health Department, she returned to Orchard Manor, where
she was the Director of Nursing for three years before joining Park
Place.
Suzanne Bottum-Jones was an Outreach Specialist for the Alzheimer’s Association before becoming the Care Coordinator for Park Place Memory Care. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her Master of Arts in Teaching from National Louis University in Milwaukee. Besides her expertise in dementia care, she also worked with the Grant County Center on Aging and the Wisconsin Office of Rural Health.
Susan Schlager’s nursing career has spanned five
different states. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
from the University of Portland-Oregon and worked in Oregon, California,
Iowa, Indiana and Wisconsin – gaining valuable experience in long
term care and geriatric psychiatric nursing. Susan also brings a strong
knowledge of the Platteville healthcare system to her position as Care
Coordinator, working the past seven years at Gray’s Nursing Home
in Platteville.
