Park Place Senior Apartments is currently under construction, with completion expected late this fall. This senior living building will offer one- and two-bedroom apartment homes to those 55 and better, as well as a variety of senior friendly services.
The apartments will exemplify ElderSpan Management’s commitment to providing quality living solutions for seniors in south central Wisconsin and will be the final addition to our senior living campus located in the charming community of Platteville. Tenants at the apartments will have priority access to Park Place Assisted Living and Park Place Memory Care, providing them comfortable “aging in place” opportunities.
